Valeria Schapira tiene diez libros escritos. Entre ellos figuras “Los muertos de mi placard”, “Monólogo de una mina sola” y “Tengo 40 y qué”.
Además, se desempeña como experta en vínculos para América Latina en un portal de citas. Allí escribe contenidos sobre relaciones de pareja y familia.
“Mi gran desafío es decir simple lo difícil y hacer fácil lo complejo. Uno no lo aprende hasta que es grande”, aseguró la periodista en diálogo con “Arte off” por Radio ArinfoPlay, y agregó: “Con los años uno aprende a dejar de lado el sarcasmo o la ironía. Eso es de pendejo. Con la vejez vas entendiendo muchas más cosas”.
En 2015, Schapira lanzó su libro “Dolores del alma”, que ya va por su tercera edición. Trata sobre el proceso de trasmutación de una vida de dolor, de victimización y de quedarse en zona oscura para ir hacia lo más luminoso.
Luego, escribió “Caminos del alma”, un manual práctico para aquel que quiera iniciarse en los caminos de la espiritualidad. Trata sobre técnicas como el reiki, la acupuntura o el tai chi, entre otras.
“Son reflexiones simples sobre temas profundos. Escribí esos dos libros para aprender yo. Eso me obligó a leer mucha bibliografía e hice como un curso acelerado”, comentó y se alegró de que mucha gente le haga llegar comentarios sobre sus obras. “Si esto sirve para acercar a alguien a la lectura, bienvenido sea”, destacó.
Finalmente, Schapira reveló desde los micrófonos de Radio ArinfoPlay que, en los últimos tiempos, ha encontrado una nueva veta artística: el canto. “Siempre quise ser cantante. Cuando era chica, mi madre me llevó al coro de la escuela de la vuelta de casa y me echaron porque decían que tenía la voz muy grave. Me quedó la frustración y ahora me puse a estudiar”, señaló.
