El pasado miércoles la Asociación Gremial Docente Ademys convocó a un cese de actividades con movilización a las puertas del Ministerio de Educación porteño para pedir al Ministro Esteban Bullrich que abra una mesa de diálogo donde debatir distintos asuntos pendientes.
“Hay una serie de reclamos que venimos haciendo desde principios de año y ante los cuales no hemos tenido respuestas. Los pedidos van en un abanico desde la cuestión salarial hasta el tema de la reforma de estudios para las escuelas medias”, explicó Néstor Dimiglia, Secretario Adjunto de Ademys
En diálogo con el programa “Puente urbano” en Radio Arinfo, el dirigente gremial dio cuenta de las últimas novedades respecto a la aplicación de los nuevos planes curriculares en el marco de la puesta en funciones de la Nueva Escuela Secundaria (NES).
“Hace una semana salió una prórroga hasta el año 2015 para la implementación de la reforma. Pero, como forma solapada de implementarla el año que viene, se inventaron los “Planes pilotos” para que las escuelas que la quieran llevar adelante, lo pueden hacer. Nosotros pedimos que se suspenda esto y que la implementación se haga en todas las escuelas en 2015”, indicó.
Dimiglia también dio cuenta de otras reivindicaciones que fueron manifestadas durante la movilización: “Estamos planteando la necesidad de una estabilización laboral para los docentes, a través de la titularización que se aprobó en 2011 y que aún no se terminó de llevar adelante. Además, en el área socioeducativa, también hay 3500 trabajadores en carácter de interinos”.
“A su vez, queremos discutir la cuestión salarial. Hoy, el salario inicial no es igual para todos: hay algunos docentes que perciben 3800 y otros 4100 pesos. Nosotros planteamos que esta discriminación no se puede seguir dando y pedimos el pago de una suma de emergencia de 500 pesos ante el proceso inflacionario que se viene dando”, añadió el integrante de Ademys, quien recalcó que las condiciones edilicias de los establecimientos educativos también debe ser materia de discusión.
En el marco de la movilización, Dimiglia aseguró que desde el gremio se había solicitado a principios de año que todas estas cuestiones sean tratadas en la mesa salarial, pero que el Ministro de Educación se negó a hacerlo.
“Bullrich hace 7 meses que está escondo detrás de un escritorio, sin dar la cara y sin ir a ninguna reunión. A veces sale a los medios a mostrar que ellos son dialoguistas, pero hace siete meses que le pedimos que abra la mesa de diálogo y no lo hace. Dicen una cosa pero, en la práctica, hacen otra”, denunció el gremialista desde los micrófonos de Radio Arinfo.
