ArInfoAlberto Santillán: “Darío quería abrir conciencias para el cambio”
Al cumplirse 11 años de la masacre de Avellaneda, el padre del militante asesinado sigue pidiendo por el enjuiciamiento de los responsables políticos
El miércoles 26 de junio se cumplirán 11 años de la Masacre de Avellaneda, aquel episodio de represión policial que terminó con el asesinato de Darío Santillán y Maximiliano Kosteki. En ese marco, habrá una serie de actos que comenzarán el martes 25 en la estación “Darío y Maxi”, donde fueron asesinados ambos militantes, que continuarán con una marcha de antorcha hacia el Puente Pueyrredón y, allí, el 26 se realizará el acto central en homenaje a las víctimas.
“Yo aún pienso qué espera la justicia. Venimos batallando durante hace 11 años para que pongan alguna vez en el banquillo de los acusados a los autores políticos e intelectuales que llevaron a cabo el asesinato de Darío y Maxi. Se trata de Eduardo Duhalde, de Felipe Solá, de Alfredo Atanasoff y de Juan José Álvarez que, hoy por hoy, están en el gobierno o se están candidateando en listas”, reclamó Alberto Santillán, padre de Darío.
Asimismo, aseguró que la masacre de Avellaneda “se llevó a cabo por un pacto entre la policía, la política y la justicia”.
“La justicia consideró que nos íbamos a conformar porque nos dieron a los cobardes que los mataron, que fueron los policías Fanchiotti y Acosta. Pero, hace un año exactamente, cuando se cumplieron 10 años del crimen, les cambiaron la prisión a un régimen carcelario semi-abierto”, denunció el padre del aquel entonces militante del Movimiento de Trabajadores Desocupados (MTD) en el aire de “C7 Radio” en Radio Arinfo.
Este 11° aniversario de la masacre hace hincapié en la juventud militante y, en ese sentido, Santillán recalcó: “La juventud no solo se está expresando en Brasil, sino también en España o Grecia. Aquí en Argentina también hay una juventud hermosa, luchadora, que pone el pecho de una manera increíble. Darío decía que no iba a llegar a ver la revolución completa, pero que iba a dar pasos firmes hacia ella. Por eso es la juventud la que tiene que cambiar al país. Si no creemos en la juventud, estamos perdidos”.
“Darío tenía una claridad de conceptos que no tenía cualquiera. Su vida cotidiana, las 24 horas estaban dedicadas a trabajar para que las cosas cambien. Vivía para eso. El quería abrir conciencias para el cambio”, recordó su padre.
Y, en ese marco, aseguró: “Pasaron 11 años de la Masacre de Avellaneda y muchos de los que tuvieron que ver con ella siguen estando en el poder. Evidentemente las cosas las tenemos que cambiar nosotros, porque no importan los cambios de presidentes”.
De cara a los próximos comicios legislativos, Santillán admitió diferencias dentro del Frente Popular Darío Santillán: “Hay opiniones encontradas con respecto a las elecciones de octubre.
Algunos integrantes del Frente quieren conformar un partido político pero, si sucede eso, evidentemente no entendimos lo que quería Darío. Hay una equivocación entre lo social y lo político, porque, cuando se mete en la política, se deja de lado lo social y ese no era el camino que buscaba Darío”
“Está bien que haya una juventud que crea en la política, pero somos muchas las generaciones que hemos sufrido abusos o que no nos ha alcanzado la plata que ganamos trabajando. El mismo gobierno te hace un lado al no tener acceso a nada. Por eso transmitimos un mensaje de cambio”, señaló desde los micrófonos de Radio Arinfo.
Finalmente, Santillán destacó que, durante los últimos 11 años, “una gran parte de la sociedad ha acompañado en la lucha”.
“El 26 será otro día más de los tantos en el que el gobierno y la justicia deben abrir los ojos y hacer algo para que la muerte de Darío y Maxi no quede impune”, concluyó.
